Early in ministry, 26 years ago to be exact, Shawn and Sonny were climbing the success ladder and adored people-pleasing. They now help pastors to love and fear God first, then cherish their family, and lastly focus on their career and calling. They help leaders and their families heal fully while not struggling and straining alone.
The high's and low's of church decline and growth and the pressure to climb in attendance and influence can rob everything that drew you into ministry. Because full time ministry is synonymous with carrying burdens, burdens that grow as you write messages, lead people and care for the critics, many pastors succumb to arrogance, exhaustion, and/or lack of judgement. This is why they created The Exchange Collaborative for Pastors and others who are hurting.
There are two options for help: Coaching or The Journey to Wholeness Intensive Program which rescued the Hennessy’s Marriage and Ministry 15 years ago.

What to Expect
Pastor Shawn and Sonny can travel to you or you may start the coaching process by joining her at The Reserve Retreat Center for 3 days of refreshing and inspiration during implementation sessions.
Pastor Sonny serves you, your church or your organization for a 6 or 12 month contract. She can work with you and also your team if preferable.
